Responsibilities:

Sourcing and evaluation of new land parcels & business proposals (Investment in accordance with company strategy and funding availability) - Mumbai, Pune, Thane and Extended Suburbs, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Lonavala, Khandala Etc.

Feasibility analysis basis byelaws applicable, preparation of business plan and cases for development.

Research – Compilation, analysis and reporting of the data on ongoing market trends, development patterns and market specific establishments in micro and macro markets, SWOT analysis, attractiveness index analysis, competition mapping, etc. Keeping track of new regulations.

Site Visits for various land parcels - To visit regularly all land parcels for evaluation of viability of project and price benchmarking.

Understanding of rules basis DCR and DCPR. Knowledge of DP plans and remarks.
