Morarjee has a 49% stake in Just Textiles Ltd. which is currently engaged in the business of processing various textile fabrics with modern machinery installed at its factory in Ambernath, Mumbai.
With most of the international brands forming its customer base in India, USA and now the European and Asian markets, Morarjee is looking at focusing its efforts on increasing its global footprint in Europe and Asia.
Morarjee has state-of-the-art design studios in India as well as Italy, managed by a talented team of designers and marketing personnel. The core business of this division is its specialized colour woven premium shirting fabric.

Integra Apparels and Textiles Pvt Ltd., a subsidiary of Morarjee, was started by a team of professionals with a proven track record in the apparel industry. Specializing in woven tops, the manufacturing capability extends from handling basic woven shirts for men's to a complicated embellished dress for women. The manufacturing unit with 1600 sewing machines employing 3500 people produces 4 million tops per year. A dedicated section produces high quality international standard formal shirts.
The design studio "Aakriti" has been at the forefront in providing a winning design edge to the customers' range. Integra has been appreciated by its discerning customers for its trendy design inputs, high quality manufacturing, excellent social compliance and a reliable supply chain delivering on time every time.
