Bayside Mall is a contemporary shopping mall offering a wide range of products. Situated opposite to Crossroads, it caters to a cross section of shoppers.
The Concept
After the phenomenal success of Crossroads and having studied the market further, we realized the need for launching a similar shopping mall in its vicinity. This mall would offer competitive pricing and a
good product mix that included electronics and glassware, among other things. It would also include basement
parking and together with Crossroads, the new mall would turn the area of Haji Ali into a shoppers'
haven. Bayside Mall was thus designed keeping in mind the limited area availability, customer needs
and need to cater to a variety of product segments.
The Creation
Today, Bayside Mall is occupied by a vast range of reputed local brands and products. There are
a total of 103 shops ranging from 120 sq. ft. to 260 sq. ft. that offer products as varied as candles
and gift items to electronics and footwear.
