Peninsula is developing 3 Special Economic Zones in Goa. Government of Goa has identified Biotechnology as a thrust area and has earmarked land for development of Biotechnology SEZs. Peninsula has been allotted two such plots of land spread over 170 acres for the development of Biotechnology SEZs. Peninsula has also been allotted 30 acres of land by Government of Goa for the development of Gems & Jewelry SEZ. We will be developing the infrastructure for these SEZs at different locations in Goa.

The Creation

Peninsula Biotechnology Park, Location: Verna, Goa

This 120-acre complex will be dedicated to the field of Biotechnology. This complex will hold a tenant mix of companies involved in the manufacturing and processing of Biotechnology products. This unique, State Of The Art Park will hold the best infrastructure & facilities to support the requirements of the companies thereby making it a world class experience.

Peninsula Life Science Centre, Location: Sancaole, Goa

This 50 acre project dedicated to the field of Biotechnology will be the destination for companies providing knowledge based services, research and business outsourcing. The complex will provide research, laboratory and office space to the tenants alongwith latest amenities to match the best standards in the industry.

Peninsula Solitaire Park, Location: Verna, Goa

This 30 acre proposed development is intended to promote the Gems & Jewellery sector in India which is undergoing a slow transformation from a largely unorganized sector to a more organized one. India has a large and growing domestic jewellery market of US$ 8.9 billion as compared to the global market of US$ 85 billion. Peninsula Solitaire Park will have a tenant mix of units involved in cutting & polishing of gems, manufacturing of jewelry, watches etc. for the export market.
