	Mrs. Urvi Piramal Chairperson, Ashok Piramal Group, oversees a professionally managed business group in India with a market capital exceeding Rs. 2,000 crores. She plays an important role in formulating and executing the Group's strategies in real estate, textiles, retail & entertainment, engineering & electronics. The Group's retail foray has been driven by her acumen and foresight. She has been the recipient of many accolades and awards. She is a Science graduate and has attended the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School.

	Mr. Jaydev M. Mody Director, Peninsula Land Limited, has over twenty years of experience in the development of commercial, retail and residential premises including shopping malls, office premises and other buildings in Mumbai. He has been instrumental in establishing India's first world-class shopping mall, Crossroads, the first of its kind in India. Mr. Mody is also the Chairman of Arrow Webtex Limited, a company engaged in manufacture of narrow woven fabrics, woven and printed labels.

	Mr. Rajeev Piramal Executive Vice Chairman, Peninsula Land Limited, has been in the business of real estate development for more than 6 years and has expertise in managing retail, commercial and residential projects. His name features among the top 50 young achievers selected by the India Today magazine for 2006. 	Mr. Rajesh Jaggi Managing Director, Peninsula Land Limited has over 11 years of experience in managing real estate developement projects with in-depth knowledge across the value chain and asset classes. He is also the Executive Director of Peninsula Facility Management Services Pvt. Ltd., the facility management arm of the Ashok Piramal Group. His most prominent contributions to the Ashok Piramal group have been in the form of innovative ideas and value-additions. He is a strategic minded individual with immense knowledge in the field of real estate. He is a Management professional from Babson Graduate School of Business, Boston.
